
Healing & Meditation
I have been a Healer for three years and practice spiritual healing which is a laying on of hands and a very gentle and peaceful experience. People are never asked to do something they don’t want to do and I do find that people normally look much more cheerful afterwards! During the Meditations I practice a form of visualization when I guide people to imagine themselves in a quiet and peaceful place, and then gently bring them back again. With both the Healing and the Meditations, it is often the first time someone has really relaxed and felt peaceful for a long time, and it is not unknown for them to go to sleep for a short time.
